If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, as long as the items are in the original condition, within 30 days of receiving your purchase, just simply place your product in a box with a copy of your invoice and return the package to the following address:

Defective Merchandise

Contact us for a return authorization of defective merchandise. We will not accept defective items without return authorization. Contact us at info@naildesignonline.com for authorization. Once you receive authorization use same procedures as above and in addition include explanation of defect. We will replace product for same item. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Customer must notify NailDesignOnline.com within 30 days if any items are shorted in box. After 30 days NailDesignOnline.com will not honor any package shortages.

Incorrect Address
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve package or will be responsible for the full cost of the items shipped.
